"I’m giving this place two stars because the staff I interacted with were very friendly. However, the food at this location left a lot to be desired. My meal, along with a small side of fries, cost over $26. The salad came with only four pieces of cheese, for which I was charged an extra $2. The sandwich was also disappointing; the vegetables were raw instead of cooked, which is not what you expect from a Philly. They mistakenly gave me chicken instead of steak but corrected it. Unfortunately, the dish still lacked flavor, and the veggies remained uncooked. While I do appreciate the customer service, the overall quality of the food just wasn’t great."
