"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Jacks restaurant. I arrived at 7:35 AM, during breakfast hours, and ordered an iced coffee, but they were out of it. When I mentioned how popular it must be, the manager simply replied, "Well, I guess so because a lot of people order it." If you can't keep up with demand, you shouldn't be selling it! At least ten other customers asked for iced coffee while I was there, and they received the same "we're out" response.
However, the main reason for my one-star review is the cleanliness issue. I can tolerate being out of certain items, but the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. Not a single table in the dining area was clean, so I had to wipe down the table where I sat myself. To top it off, I found French fries on the floor, which clearly meant they had been there since the previous day. This restaurant clearly lacks proper management and training. My suggestion is to hire a manager who prioritizes cleanliness and has some common sense; you can always teach them the other aspects later."
