"My friend and I stopped on 11. June 2022 on the way to Detroit airport. We just stopped on a Wim and we were blown away! Our waitress Paige was quite young, but was super sweet and kept our drinks full. My friend has lambship with rice. I had a chicken-shawarma wrap. We both had a bowl of noodle soup. I have to say that I've never had a better bowl of noodle soup in my life! The taste was excellent! We both fell in love with the soup. Even if the red olive is over an hour from where I live, it was worth the ride and we will be back. Thank you."

"I ordered a salad and was missing the dressing. I called to the restaurant to see what could be done. I was rudely told that they could not do anything for me by Ali, and not even for the next time. I went on to explain that I have never been treated like this when I have ordered from the establishment several times. I was told by Ali to “Shut the hell up” and then he hung up on me. I went to the restaurant to return the food and get a refund. I was told, “I’m not giving you anything.” Ali then threw my food in the garbage, and he told me that my food was in the garbage and I’m not getting a refund. I asked to speak with a person in charge, and he told me that there was no one to speak with. Ultimately, I had to call the Southfield police."

"Hello I'm a fan of Red Olive's food! This was the first time I visited this place, I must say I was EXTREMELY impressed by these places flavors! I'm in love with Red Olive again! I recommend this place as I have a lot more taste and cream in her salad dressing sosiki sauce, forgive the mistling. The flavors were even higher for me, my husband. Hats to the chefs! This place will see us again! I would also like to thank the star of the Shana restaurant, which is shown below. She was super welcoming, a host who treated us like family, she was extremely helpful and happy to lead that everything was perfect that this order was to go. We saw her lead her team. I hope the owner reads this as it is definitely a strong fortune for the team! I always respect these things as important. The restaurant was immaculate, the food was absolutely perfect and I didn't think that was possible because I thought it could not be better, but this place, the chefs and Shanah bleed my mind. "The food at this restaurant is delicious and the staff is very friendly. We began with the fried beef ravioli appetizer, which was large and had a good taste. The service was prompt and the manager was great, going around to greet each table. The baby Greek salad was not as good as expected, so I would skip that next time. The Gyro platter was excellent with a generous portion size. The Gyro itself was fantastic, and it came with a large portion of rice, green beans, and a delicious tzatziki-like yogurt-based sauce."

"The food depends on what you order. We have been there a few times. Breakfast was good. Dinners not so much. Between the four of us, we tried gyro pita (really good), angus cheeseburger (didn’t taste like angus at all), fish and chips (good fries, but terrible fish), salmon dinner (really good), chicken kabob (horrible) My daughter was inappropriately referred to as hun, honey, etc. by the guy at the register, when she was paying the bill. He is a cashier and also the boss there. Boss sets the tone, so can’t expect much from the employees. Cleaning lady was constantly mopping, cleaning tables while we were eating, and her attire was showing cleavage as she was roaming through the dining room and leaning forward."

"I am inclined to point my experience out to you all. As someone who has been a server since I was 17 years old and now 34 y.o. and a restaurant GM I know how these situations should be handled. Last night our power was out so my significant other swung by to get us dinner. They left out my entire meal. I get it that s happens but man... I 'm tired of this from nearly every restaurant I go to these days. Every. Single. Time. It 's not rocket science really.Anyway, I called and said I just want a refund. I don 't have power to nuke the already probably dried out and crusty food that 's been sitting out.I have batched out many nights at similar restaurants... They CAN refund over the phone by punching the card numbers in manually. They kept putting the phone down and I could hear the young server talking to Paul (who handed my incomplete meal to my boyfriend and we assume is the owner) my boyfriend said screw it and just turned around to drive yet another 20 minutes back to get the food or a refund. His poor tuna melt sat yet another 30 mins on our counter now. Mine on the restaurants. No one greeted him or anything when he returned, just left the bag alone on the counter. He said he walked in and saw the server and owner/manager but they didn 't say anything so he took the bag himself and left. Not an apology. Not a discount for future orders. Not a slice of pie for the trouble. Just poor customer service.Expect nothing better I guess.Oh and the red sauce on the rice was SOSOSO salty I didn 't even eat my meal. I tried, then put it in the fridge after like 4 bites thinking I 'd change my mind tomorrow. Well today I grab it and take another bite.. nope still inedible. I pitched it in the garbage where it belonged all along. Wasted $15 on the meal plus gas both ways twice. red Olive gave zero iota 's lol. Needless to say I 'll never give them my business again. But going off their attitude in this situation I doubt they really care."

"Someone bought me some food from here prior to this and I felt it was good enough to order some for myself this time. Major mistake. Adequate food but the service is deplorable.The worker found it to be too much work for them to punch in the price of Large chili fry because she would have to void it out. They claimed it is not in the new menu, instead gave an estimated price, and told me I would just have to come in and order it(which is idiotic for if I do not want it they still would have to void the item). After collecting my thoughts, I called back to speak to a manager for none of that made any sense to me.They were cooking and I was expected to call back in a few hours. I understand that employers are needed but service likes this just continues to make businesses look bad. Not all workers are good workers.At the end, I decided to go to my traditional coney island area. It was farther away but at least I know they knew their prices and the customer service is always pleasant.PS. I cannot say what the atmosphere is like, for I did not go into or even to the location at all after this situation."

"The stag was amazing and great. The atmosphere is just genuinely amazing. Now as for the pricing for the food note if you do not pay cash there is 3.6% additional charge to your meal. So I ordered the 2 meat combo plate fatty sliced brisket (up charge there, 4 ribs up charge. I get it more than anything on the ribs being up charge which I travel and that is just basic. But for the size of these ribs I would have given only .25 for them. Chilis has bigger baby back ribs than this place. There was no flavor at all to any of this meat except for salt. Fatty brisket was not even juicy or tender only one slice actually at all smoke ring to it let alone taste liquid smoke flavor to it. The coleslaw was another thing here made me feel like I didn’t have to chew it at all. It’s like they got a head of cabbage and coleslaw dressing and went into the blender and add sugar hit frappe. I felt like I paid 19.10 for a plate of mushed coleslaw a baked potato with 2 pieces of cornbread. They base the meat combo off of chopped chicken and chopped pork. So yeah not a place for me to ever go again."

"VERY PISSED... (To go) I ordered a 3 meat plate (3 pieces of sliced brisket, and sausage w/ side of sauteed cabbage and coleslaw). My brisket was 3 slices of fat and white with barely any meat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cabbage was soggy like it was frozen and then reheated . I just ate the sausage and threw everything else in the damn trash ️. It pisses me off that I spent my money on that.. such a disappointment since I have ate here before and actually enjoyed it but not today! I'm not going back no matter what-Ohhh but the baked potatoes with chopped brisket (no fat) looked amazing as my family sat down and ate while I sat on the couch mad at the world . "Had an terrible issue. It is close to my business the only reason I stopped. I ordered two breakfasts, clearly stated that I want pork on side my wife she do not eat pork. Get home pork juice dripped threw the entire breakfast had to toss it out. Call restaurant to make and complaint (no lie) I was put on hold six times. Once I get connected she argues with me about the issue. I will never return."
