"We came in at 8:10 PM. We requested from the hostess to be seated at the bar, and she signaled us to put our names within the tablet for the waitlist. She told us the wait time was approximately 15-20 minutes. But she did not ask us for our names. We had two people ahead of us. We waited 40 minutes and then came inside to be seated. The hostess then proceeded to make us wait another 20 minutes while she bussed the table for us. And when we were finally seated at our table.. we never recieved cups of water or even see our waitress. We were not greeted, no apologies for extensive wait times, and we left unnoticed. We waited over an hour just to be seated, and we still not even get asked for drink preferences or appetizers!!!! Completely ridiculous. Also noted that customers would sit within the bar stools and would leave almost immediately because the staff would knowingly ignore them. They did not even have the decency to hand them menus. Rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. How the hell did i only get serviced by THE HOSTESS and not ANY of the freaking wait staff?!?! They are not competent to service their customers. Negative stars. We waited OVER AN HOUR, just to slip our of the restaurant ummoticed."
