"We've been ordering from Flippin' Pizza for just over a year, and our experiences have been quite hit or miss, seemingly depending on the staff working that day. Some days, everything is perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious; other times, the wings are undercooked and overly sauced, and the pizza is overbaked. Occasionally, our food arrives piping hot, while other times it's cold. We've even received orders that were mishandled and stuck together, suggesting the driver may have dropped them or taken a turn too quickly. We continue to order because when the food is good, it's fantastic! However, when it misses the mark, it often ends up in the trash. I’m considering using DoorDash from now on; that way, if the food is bad, I have the option of getting a refund, especially since it’s not cheap. I've attached a picture of the few salvaged pieces of our burnt cheese pizza, while the rest unfortunately went straight to the trash—it was too chewy in the middle and burnt on the sides."
