"Base on just one visit, and certainly not my last visit, this is my subjective take on Fukuryy Ramen. I tried the Signature Tonkotsu Ramen. I believe the heart and soul of this dish is half the broth and half the noodles. The Tonkotsu broth was on point with it’s rich, milky, cloudy, porky, well balance flavor. Served with perfectly cooked long, elastic ,bouncy, chewy noodles. The only slight down fall in my mind was some of the complementing toppings in the bowl, such as the perfectly cook soft boil egg was served ice cold and the chashu ,fatty slices of braised pork were ice cold as well ,taking away form the total potential excellence of what could have been. Also in the bowl supporting the ramen were some sliced wood ear mushrooms and green onion both adding texture and flavor. For my beverage I had the yuzu, ginger lemonade, a delicious not too sweet , refreshing drink. Defiantly will be back."
