"The second item was the Caesar salad, which came with the dressing mixed in instead of on the side, as it had been in previous orders. To make matters worse, the croutons were soggy.
The third item was a calzone. The crust was so hard it felt like a roof tile; we couldn’t even cut it with a knife! We’ve ordered from this place before, but after this experience, we know we won’t be returning. In a past order, we received a cheeseburger that didn't even have cheese! By the time they delivered a burger with cheese, our lunch break was over, and there was no effort made to rectify the situation for future orders."
