"The workers up front at the skibo location are nice but too inconsiderate and not very punctual at their job. I had a call in order , which they told me it?d be 15-20 mins for it to be ready. 45 mins later and 3 in person orders after my over the phone order, I finally received my food. Apparently the women up front forgot to notify the cooks that I was there and had been waiting. Upon receiving my food there was no apology for the untimeliness or for their forgetful error. I typically am very laid back and understanding for workers in the food industry, but common courtesy still goes a long way. The young women up front simply need to do a better job with staying on top of the orders and at least notifying the paying customers on the update of their orders."
