"We walked in for dinner and chose Sushi Osaka impromptu as we wanted to try their food which seemed like comfort Asian food at an affordable price. "It was rush hour on a Wednsesday afternoon and the service was good. We got the food reasonably quick considering we were a party of 20. I ordered lunch special Drunken Noodles Veggie with added Tofu and medium spice level along veggie springrolls. The spring rolls were ok and nothing more than ordinary when compared to any standard Thai restaurant. The drunkennoodles veggie doesn't come up Tofu which was a surprise since some of the upscale Thai restaurants provide with Tofu. It had anadditional $3 charge which was expensive in my opinion. So overall cost without tax came out to be $18. The noodles were wellcooked and very soft which was yummy with the spice gravy and veggies. Only concern was cauliflower was undercooked. All otherveggies blended well with the spiced. The ambience was great and the food presentation was appealing. A friend of mine gotpineapple drink in a pineapple shaped glass which I have never seen before in a restaurant. Overall I would recommend a visitwith family and friends even during rush hours. I will rate it 3.5/5."

"I have always wanted to try an Asian inspired BBQ. Duck ???? Roll starts by having a great name and an even better location near the Plaza's edge in thr old Kansas City Trades building. The restaurant has a very decent sized dine-in seating area and afantastic layout so guests can watch the staff make their meals while they wait. Duck Rolls theme is made up of largepaintings and wallpaper that appears to be from all over the world. The staff is even willing to explain the menu and helpguests pick. The food, however, leaves a little to the imagination. It is possible that I dont understand Asian BBQ, but Iexpected it to be made in a style that would be inspired by the cultural background. Duck Roll makes everything from scratch,so they are getting the fresh factor right, but not the taste one in my eyes. The food was very good, dont get me wrong, it wasjust not Asian in any way in my eyes. The dumplings are hand made and flavorful. The crispy chicken is delicious andundoubtedly crispy. I might need to look further into thr concept and try it again. 3.5 Stars if Google would allow it."

"Wow! Can’t believe how bad it can be. Except a few items (like mendu vada, halwa, biryani) most were stale and not tasty. Mediocre would be my rating if I was generous. It goes on to show how much the management doesn’t care the cutlery was all different colors! I understand you organized parties and you are trying to finish what is remaining, but the price this restaurant charges doesn’t justify the lack of customer care (think Walmart). Overall after eating here my comment was I am never going to any restaurant with “Mirchi” in its name again. Avoid at all costs would be my rating."
