"Something exciting has officially moved into the neighborhood. It was Halloween and we were limited on options and decided to try Pho Saigon Pearl. We left pleasantly overwhelmed with our taste buds in a daze. No MSG and all ingredients were fresh. The leftovers the next day held to form and I'm confident we have found a winner. Costs are surprisingly low considering the overall portions making Saigon Pearl a real value. I'm looking forward to making this place a permanent part of my rotation for West Valley gems. Cheers!"

"Place it open late and convenient but the food here is pretty mediocre. Wouldn't come back unless I had no other choice. Def do not order the cha gio, they are terrible. I mean terrible. I got the pho ap chao which everyone kept telling me was really good. It's ok."
