"Wonderful restaurant great staff and the food was amazing. Jackie our server was a wonderful, attentive, humble and friendly server. She knew her menu and knowledge about the food and beverage industry. The food was hot, fresh and the wait wasn't long. I had a reservation for 8:00. But my guest and I could sit a few minutes earlier, which was great. I will definitely be back this is a very cozy atmosphere with great food and drinks. Try it! You won't regret it. Chef Steven great work with your kitchen, menu selection, platter presentations, portion sizes and staff. BOH maintains this ingenious culinary work. Oh, by the way, the Heath Chocolate Cheesecake. I would suggest dessert selection. I have mines to go and it was combed and prepared presentation was still brilliant, even in a box."

"Kindness is important in any service industry. When I visited this restaurant, I felt it necessary to mention to the cashier that he could improve his customer service skills. A woman in front of me was asking questions, and he responded with an attitude, which ultimately made her leave. He also had a similar demeanor when I inquired about a menu item, especially difficult to hear over the live music playing nearby. The jerk chicken I ordered was decent—flavorful but overly dry—and the mac and cheese was underwhelming. I believe that if the staff had been more friendly, I would have enjoyed the food more. It's essential for those in business to be patient and willing to answer questions repeatedly; it's part of the job."

"We ordered 4 servings of shrimp to go. 3 of them were great, as usual, but one was completely spoiled. The shrimp were mushy and slimy, as if they had been left out too long or maybe cooked from frozen and reheated. We have eaten here many times before and after spending $80 on this order, we expected a refund or replacement. The manager told us the owner would call us back, but they never did. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will not recommend it to anyone else until they take responsibility for their mistakes."
