"Recommended by a lifelong resident of Newark, New Jersey, I feel it's important to take my friends from Jersey who haven’t been to Brooklyn. The pizza there—and at a few spots in the city—would truly impress them. However, this particular place didn't meet my expectations. The crust was spot-on: crispy and perfectly cooked, which I really appreciate. I love a crust that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—no complaints there. Unfortunately, the cheese and sauce could use some improvement; I found them to be a bit too salty for my taste. The woman who took my order was very pleasant, but overall, this restaurant just doesn’t match the level of food I’m accustomed to. I won’t be returning."
