"I have been here multiple times nd the quality keeps going down nd the price goes up. The pho broth didnt even taste like pho broth but just beef broth it was filled with swimming fat bubbles. I ask to substitute the imitation crab for more squid balls person said they would check nd they still gave me the imitation crab nd upcharged me an $3. Extra with out telling. I also asked for lemons nd they did not say it was going to be an extra $1.25 they just want ro hit you with the hidden costs. The two dinner plates were barely ate we took one home but that didnt make it past the parking lot we put it in the trash. They need to step up the service. Just like how they have the 3% up charge fee on CC they should also list all the extra hidden fees they want to charge for. Wasted money here enough timed nd today was the last time."

"If I can give zero star I will. One of the waiter there very very rude. Not my first time here but every time I come here and have this waiter I know want I will get. This is last time I will eat at this restaurant. Today I came to eat with my mom and he greet me with the end of the world face as usual. I ordered drink,when he bring me drinks and he look at me like just order the dang food so I can go take another order from other table. I ordered dry noodle with the broth on the side like I always get. He told me we don 't have it. I said every single time I come here that what I always get and he said let me ask the chef. He came back with vegetables dish so I figured I will get the food I ordered. He brought back want I ordered and all side dish and he just slide across the table one by one make the loud noice. I finally told him after so many time he ack like this. I said....sir Do you know that you are very rude?? He gave me go to hell look and said what? I don 't know? I explain to him what that mean. He said no body ever tell me that. I said I 'm telling you. He said I 'm the only one here...which is doesn 't matter how many of you here you still have to provide the best sevice to your customer if you want to have the service job!!! He brought back my last order and if he can just throw on my table he would......I 'm done with this place. Terrible sevice!!!!! If you come here and see my message...you will know who I am talking about. I hope the owner or the manager get to read this review."

"Great casual spot for Pho! We had the spicy beef noodle soup and were sweating woo! Very good though. Order at the counter and the food is out in 5 10 minutes. Lots of people were passing through, so you know it’s a favorite with the locals! Give it a shot if you’re looking for a quick bite."

"It's quite frustrating to arrive for a bowl of pho at 8:25 PM when the sign on the door indicates they are open until 9 PM. Additionally, the sign in the window confirms they are still open. However, the young lady at the cashier informed me that they were already closed. When I questioned the hours and the sign, she simply stated that they had already packed up, without any further explanation. I won't be returning to this restaurant. I suggest they update their hours on Google and on the door to something like "Closed... whenever we feel like it." Perhaps they should turn off the open sign next time, or better yet, continue to treat customers this way and risk going out of business. Just to note, I'm writing this review at 8:32 PM, which means I technically still had 28 minutes to dine."

"Checked out this restaurant a couple of days ago, I love Pho and so I like to visit different Vietnamese restaurants locally and when on vacation when I go to different states.The restaurant is clean but lacks music to amplify the already cool ambiance the lady at the counter was cordial and quick to attend me, I Ordered the Rare Stake Pho with spring rolls and Taro w/boba, quickly the shrimp spring rolls were right in front of me they were fresh and the peanut sauce was tasty, soon after the main course came hot just like pho suppose to be the noodles where larger than what I’m used to but that didn’t take away from the experience, Taro was refreshing and the boba was just as good.Over all I recommend it, I give it 5 stars for the over all experience only suggestions I leave for the owners is take advantage of the already cool ambiance and add some music, this would probably make people stay and spend more, also maybe add a lunch menu with smaller portions for the on the go type."
