"This is, without a doubt, the best beef pho broth we’ve ever tasted—anywhere! It’s hard to put into words just how incredible it is. We’ve visited this restaurant three times, and this was our first experience with their delivery service. The in-house service is fantastic, and the delivery was quick and neatly packaged, complete with instructions for those who may be new to pho. Wan, the owner, has truly dedicated time to perfecting this cherished family recipe. Typically, I avoid tendon and meatballs since they can be tricky to prepare, but here, they are done to perfection and absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Some of the standout items on the menu are the JPY Signature Pho Grand or the short rib variation, the Lemongrass Chicken with vermicelli, Grilled Pork Lettuce Wraps, and Spring Rolls."
