"I stopped here on 26 Aug 2023 and thought it was ok. I have a Menchie's close to my house in Las Vegas and I'll say that this store is somewhat different than what I'm used to; here's why:First, I was disappointed that the milk chocolate flavor wasn't available. I don't know how long it hasn't been operational, but I thought vanilla and chocolate would always be available to customers due to its popularity. I don't think I've ever experienced either of those flavors out of commission.Next, the toppings/topping area were less than adequate. The area was dirty/messy which has the appearance of being unsanitary. I also noticed that the scooper for the almonds were missing. I know most people wouldn't think of this as a big deal, but since there are people out there with severe allergies to different variations of nuts/legumes, I can see someone grabbing a scooper from another topping and using it for the almonds, only to put it back and contaminate another topping. Finally, the amount of toppings were disconcerting whereas I'm used to having a lot of fruits and multiple flavors of bubble balls available, this location didn't have as many choices.On a good note, the employee working the night I stopped by was very friendly. I would go on to assume that all the employees here are the same as well since the franchise seems to hire employees that are friendly and attentive. I probably won't visit again because (1) I'm not from this area; and (2) I know there's got to be better FroYo places in this city and/or dessert places in general. Overall, a decent experience during this visit; nothing too extravagant to complain about, nor is there anything significant to highlight."
