My Calabrese father in law has to scoop all the bagel innards out onaccount of how uncooked they are. You're pretty much dining on play-dough. The older woman who works back there cooking is cool.Shout to her positive outlook in a real emotionally toxic environment. Time find a new spot. I lived in N.Jersey most of mylife, and the Monmouth county bagel shops are hot trash... by the way gluten free bagels shouldn't swell my guts, so when Iinquired if they were also soy free and they said yes, I should've questioned it.
