I replied, explaining that I didn't find the discount acceptable and felt I should only be charged the original price I booked, as I was upgraded without any notice. There was no response. The next day, I called again and was told the person I spoke with wasn't the "real manager," but they would escalate my complaint to the esthetician manager. Again, no response. I called back later to speak with the original manager, who continued to blame me, offered a mere $50 refund, and insisted there was nothing more they could do.
In conclusion, this place feels like a scam."
