"Flat Top ranks just 'okay ' among all mongolian style restaurants I 've experienced since my youth. Meat is no longer serve yourself, but order through the server, which means that the days of big meat bowls are gone, and with charging for *each EGG* is ridiculous, especially when egg prices are normalized. Additionally, the ROTI used to cover your plate but these roti are at best 5 inches across, but same price still. The best thing they have going for them are their sauces. I enjoyed their Thai Curry sauce especially. You can make your own custom and to someone like me, I love that aspect. I just wish I could take sauce back to my seat for tasting/dipping."
