"The biggest letdown, and a major faux pas for a sushi restaurant, was the use of wasabi packets. I expect that when I buy sushi from a grocery store, not from a restaurant that prides itself on fresh offerings. The wasabi in those packets is often overly salty and completely overwhelms the delicate flavors of the sushi. When I'm paying over $60 for sushi, I want real wasabi, not a cheap shortcut.
Additionally, the dragon roll I ordered was excessively sweet to the point that I couldn't finish it, which was particularly disappointing since it was the most expensive roll I picked. Overall, I doubt I’ll be ordering from them again. Instead, I'll cherish the good memories from when I first tried their food and look for better options elsewhere."
