"Determined to enjoy my meal, I inquired about washing my hands, only to be surprised to learn that there was no public restroom. How is it possible to eat food that’s meant to be enjoyed with your hands without a way to clean them? This forced us to take our food home, hoping it would at least taste good.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Everything was overly greasy, the rice was mediocre, and the soup was far too spicy. This was the first time I had to urge my family to throw away food. I managed to eat half of my meal, which was somewhat better when paired with the fufu, but not good enough to consider giving this place another try. It felt as though the kitchen was run by a family cooking for themselves rather than for customers who might be unfamiliar with their cuisine.
I regret choosing this restaurant. The lack of customer service and the absence of a bathroom are significant drawbacks. I hope they can improve the lighting and provide better support for their staff, as I genuinely want to see this restaurant succeed."
