You 'd do better if you 'd just train your servers to be present on the floor, even when it 's slow. They can do sidework, they just have to pause every few minutes to do a lap on the floor. 2 Years ago, I posted the below review after several botched take out orders. Now, I have to amend it after meeting for a family dinner here (my family who is about to move away chose to dine here). I had to work late and showed up after everyone else ordered, which was fine. All I wanted was my dirty gin martini. It took almost ten minutes after ordering the drink to get it (in spite of there only being two folks at the bar and only two or three other tables on the floor) and there was no gin involved. It was as best I could tell a filthy (not dirty) vodka martini made at least partially with a lemon or orange vodka. Ewww, olive juice and citrus! Especially when I was expecting a gin martini. I would have loved to have let our server know, if she 'd been present at any time on the floor between delivering my drink and when the food came out. But by then...too late to correct your error, I 'm over it. They do seem to have better quality food now, but I am still determined to never patronize them again. Next time, I 'll work harder to convince my family to go somewhere else. That was my bad. Original review: In addition to one of my items being completely absent from my delivery order, none of my instructions were followed. No dressings were on the side and no additional dressing sides, in spite of charge as needed, being in the instructions were followed. Thoroughly disappointing.
