"This place has delicious food. I was very impressed with how flavorful my sauce was and also very appreciative for the vegan selection. To Connor Mcmillen who gave a one star review for the prices, restaurants cost a lot of money to run, from keepingthe lights on, to keeping fresh food, and paying all staff, so please understand these costs go into the price of the food. Youshould have made sure the price was something you could afford and you probably need to eat more vegetables anyway. I willhappily return and am more than willing to pay what they ask for delicious fresh food that accommodates my vegan diet."

"Thai Chili 2 wait. Avoid unless you don't like Thai food, and have too mush time on your hands.Under no circumstances should you order in store. My experience was sitting for a hour hungry with a drink getting warm. The staff is polite but will not tell you about the wait. Four order came out of the kitchen in the hour I was there most with 2 dishes, and one with 3-4.Hilariously a friend called me 20 minutes into the wait and asked if I wanted Thai, because they were going to pick up from a local sit down restaurant...and their food arrived before mine.You can judge a Thai resturant by their tom kha, it's an amazing soup that is delightful if you've never tried it. I've never had bad tom kha until I tried Tagi Chili 2 Go. It was near inediblely sour because they missed ingredients. The coconut milk, which balances the sourdid so I was treated to a sour chicken soup. Adding my own coconut milk at home (luckily I had some) made it edible but not enjoyable. The chicken bites were pretty good, but other wise this place is the McDonalds of Thai food. This is a crime because you really have to try to make truley bad Thai food with it's amazing ingredients, and even microwaveable options are better than this place."

"3/22/21 Update I had to take it from my previous 5 star rating down to a three star. I was craving chicken phad thai really bad, so i ordered online and picked it up on my way home. Both phad thai's we ordered were lacking any flavor at all, which was very disappointing. One was supposed to be medium heat and one mild-they were both mild and both had green onions, so I picked them out of mine. Maybe they're having an off night.???? They were really busy. Neither of us bothered to finish our meals. I hope that's all it was, an off night because the food has been better in previous nights. Maybe the old cook left, it they ran out of an important ingredient? We work hard for our money, and limit how much we go out, so we're a bit bummed ? Jan 2021 AWESOME!! We came when they first opened and have to say, for what we usually order at a thai restaurant, we werent impressed. BUT NOW!! Whoever the cook is...10+ stars!! The food is amazing!! We've been in at least once a week since we discovered it! I hope the chef stays...we love his cooking!!"

"in portions are terrible. expect their bowl to be halfway full, which is disappointed to say the least. I complained to the manager that my part was not full, a bowl was complicated. yesterday had only the complicated bowl, and they would think they would write somewhere that I, as the customer complained about the little part. obviously not, even less than the last time. it is ashamed because when this first opened the food quality and portioning were better. I suspect bad administration. no longer eat on this chain, too many better competition options."

"A bit chaotic over the weekend and unlike the other locations this one allows dine in eating which isn?t safe when AZ is the worst in the country during a pandemic. It?s literally called Thai Chili 2 Go. The cashier removed her mask each time she spoke to a customer on the phone. Poor management allows this. The food quality also was lower than the rest. The Tom Yum was disgusting and not edible. Loaded with weird tasting broth loaded with scallions. The Drunken Noodles barely had any noodles in it and the vegetables weren?t cooked. I also asked for fried tofu but the cashier input steamed probably because it was so loud in there. Wouldn?t recommend this location."

"This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I ordered the basil chicken with a mild seasoning. The dish was spicy and filling. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients tasted fresh. My only complaint is that it seemed like there was a lack of seasoning. Additionally, the dish only contained bell peppers and green peppers, which was a departure from the traditional Thai basil chicken I am used to. I suggest the restaurant add more ingredients and adjust the seasoning with extra sauces. I will give it another try and next time request more spice or try a medium level of spiciness."
