"This is our favorite spot for British-style afternoon tea and high tea in the entire Seattle metropolitan area. The food is exceptional, the service is delightful, and the menu is impressive. The decor and various rooms create a charming atmosphere that will appeal to you and your companion. It's advisable to make reservations during busy afternoons and on most holidays or special occasions. After closing during the COVID pandemic, Attic Secrets reopened on May 5, 2021, and it's even better than before. The soup of the day is displayed at the entrance, and we've never had a bad one; however, our favorites have been the pea soup, tomato bisque, potato soup, and the recent AMAZING chili. We’ve also heard they’ll be adding clam chowder to the menu, and we can't wait to try it!"

"It was a delightful experience from the old fashioned hats to the fine China and from the gift shop to the yummy looking sweets in the bakery case. The individual tea pots were so fun to share with each other in our group of six who had many teas fromwhich to choose. Also loved the walls covered with flowers and pictures, etc. The food, last but not least was delicious andplentious! The waitresses were very sweet and accommodating."

"The food and tea here are excellent. No complaints about that. But the service and attitude of the staff is lacklustre to say the least. We witnessed another patron asking questions, and the woman helping them was very short, even curt with them. It was very rude. Then, they rushed us through our entire meal and never asked my friend if she wanted dessert. We were not there long at all. In fact, we left as soon as our meal was finished, but it was definitely clear that we needed to get going asap. They cleared our table completely while we were still sitting at it and my friend was finishing her last few sips of tea. When the woman who checked us out asked how everything was we let her know we felt rushed and she suggested a reservation next time. So you accommodate people without a reservation, but rush them? I suggest they do reservation only because everyone we encountered here was rude. I never thought we would need a reservation for mid day on a Tuesday."

"This was my first time in and I got a small so I'm happy with the portion. I didn't want to get a ton in case I didn't like it.I spent about $16 with a tip.I'm super pleased with the freshness and the service of the lady at the counter. I told her it was my first time so she made sure to double check with me if I wanted extras when applicable which I appreciate. She was really nice.I got avocado which is $2 extra but I'm pleased with that as well since it was good quality and fresh. It was a good palat cleanse between the spicy mayo and chili paste.I feel like when I'm craving sushi and don't want to spend $50 I'll come here instead because I really liked this."
