"I dropped-in here on Saturday afternoon after having a somewhat negative experience at another sandwich shop which resulted in me leaving before I ever got a chance to place an order. The other shop was part of a national chain. The moment I walked into Copeland Street Sub Pizza, I was immediately reminded why small, family owned operated businesses are almost always the better choice. The two gentlemen behind the counter were welcoming, warm and polite throughout the entire transaction. They listened intently while I placed a small but specific order. And I ended up with a delicious sandwich at a reasonable price. I did notice some other menu items that sounded great. They also had a few slice-pies sitting in the pizza warmer that looked fresh and delicious. I don't have a ton of experience dining here but I can say that the sandwich I had today definitely hit the spot. Moreover, I was glad to be supporting a local business. Especially one where the staff treats you with the type of courtesy and respect a paying customer deserves. I will definitely be back again. ."
