"We are big fans of Boss’s Pizza and frequently order from the Sioux Falls West location. That’s why I was disappointed with my experience today. We ordered one medium pizza and one large pizza through the online app, but they mistakenly made both pizzas medium. My husband picked up the order without knowing the sizes we had originally requested. I realized the error once he got home, so I called the store. They informed me that the only solution was for them to make a large pizza for me, and that I would have to drive back to pick it up. They also mentioned that I needed to return the medium pizza that was made by mistake. While I understand that errors can occur, I was frustrated by the lack of apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience of having to make an additional trip to the store."

Our plates were full, we had a hard time finishing our meals. The series’s spot on, friendly and courteous, our server was always checking on us or refilling our drinks. Will definitely be going back."

"I just ordered from this restaurant via UberEats, and I think I may have set my expectations too high based on their menu and the few photos available. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to what I was hoping for. The pizza was just okay—definitely not worth raving about. I had assumed it would be similar to classic NY-style pizza, especially given how they present their toppings, but I was let down. In fact, I’ve had better pizza from Papa John’s, which isn't even my go-to choice among pizza chains. Considering the taste, quality, and size of the pizza, the price should really be lower—at least by about $3. I ordered a build-your-own medium pizza along with some cheese rolls, and it totaled $25. I won't be spending my money here again, unfortunately."

When I requested to cancel my order, she responded with a notably bad attitude. She mentioned that what should have taken 40 minutes actually took an hour and a half, which meant my food likely wouldn't be fresh. Regrettably, it appears that giving them another chance was a mistake."
