"Wow! This place is a food lover's paradise. It's a cozy little café with only about five tables. You order and pay at the counter, where you can watch the small kitchen in action. The menu features just nine items, but every one is a delight. The owner previously ran a food truck in LA before relocating to Paso Robles. The food is outstanding. We started with the grilled pork and shrimp potstickers, which were perfectly cooked and came with a choice of dipping sauces: a sweet chili oil and a jalapeño-infused soy sauce. For our main courses, we shared two dishes. The miso-glazed salmon over rice was tender and bursting with flavor, thanks to the rich glaze. The pork belly bacon fried rice was incredible, though a bit less refined. It’s the ultimate comfort food, with crispy pork belly, bacon, fried rice, and a fried egg on top. We devoured it! I can't wait to return and explore the rest of the menu."
