"On Thursday, we decided to give it another try. The order went through, my card was charged, and when the delivery time arrived, I had to call to check on it. They informed me that the driver had picked up the pizza and was on the way. However, an hour later, there was still no delivery. I called again and was told that the driver had an emergency, my order was canceled, and they would refund my card in 24 to 48 hours. This was really inconvenient, as I had to wait for the funds to be returned to my card and then use additional money to buy pizza from a local shop. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the delivery service."
