You 've ruined a formerly good pizza joint.Edit: We waited 58min before we had to leave. 28 minutes would mean the order wasn 't put in for 30+ minutes.Using the word feel in your response to a bad review shows a failure to recognize an opportunity. Especially since you were aware we came back to give you a do-over.Don 't call customers liars if you weren 't there."
