"Walked in last night and it was very busy because there was a concert across the street at the Q. We luckily saw 2 stools open up at the bar so we sat down. I assumed it would take a bit of time to be served because of how busy it was, and how clearly under staffed they were, but we sat at the bar for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. When I finally got an employees attention he was so incredibly rude to me. From someone who worked in a restaurant for years, I understand how stressful it can be on a busy evening, but to completely ignore people isn’t acceptable. It takes no time at all to acknowledge someone, and explain that you will be right with them. If someone would have told us (and the other customers they were neglecting) they didn’t have time to serve us, we could have left and found somewhere else to go instead of wasting our time. We planned on having a couple drinks, and dinner but that never happened. It’s very rare that I have such poor service, and actually take time to write a negative review, but this was indispensable. I would never go back."
