"We came through the back entrance and it was obviously superior to the front entrance because you feel as if you go through a mine. Claustrophobic? Want to be careful or go fast. The staff that served my partner and I was very knowledgeable about their menu and also very friendly. The names in the menu have a lot of character and personality for their sandwiches and subs. I ordered a French dip like a sandwich of the name I can't remember. The au ju and the meat itself were much better than anything I had in a while. It was a little on the level, but this is my fault for not adding salt or pepper. Everyone knows Bratbeef is better with pepper chinis. I inquired about her tuna as I was blind and did not see her on the menu, the employee gave me a sample cup to try and I will definitely order the sandwich next. Maybe we needed 30 minutes to eat lunch, but it was worth WELL. Firehouse Subs can have lost my loyalty"
