"We called again, but there was no response. After waiting another 5 minutes, we finally got through and were told our driver was just 5 minutes away. Another 20 minutes passed, and still no food. At this point, it had been an hour since the expected delivery time and two hours since I placed the order.
We called once more, this time asking about a possible refund. The woman on the other end was quite rude and explained that we wouldn’t get a refund because they were only an hour late and that it wasn't a big deal. Given that the restaurant was less than a mile away, I found it unacceptable that it took 2 hours to deliver our order. When the delivery driver finally arrived, he had the nerve to expect an extra tip.
Overall, this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced, and I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. I certainly won’t be returning."
