"Quick Summary: Located in the Ferry Building in Embarcadero Bento box style I don't recall indoor seating, but there are benches outside and around the venue During lunch time, the line goes out the doorI was recommended by someone to come and try the food here. We arrived on a weekday an hour before lunch time. At this hour, the line was short with under five guests, but when we walked by it during lunch time, the line was out the door. There are two types of ordering styles; you can customize and make your own bento box or you can pick up the ready made ones in the fridge. I picked the one that caught my eye because the presentation was pretty. Each of the little dishes are placed neatly in 9 squares. I also got rice balls to each with this beautiful bento box. This bento box included the name sushi, and around half of the dishes inside contained fish, but some of those I wouldn't categorize it as sushi. The rest were finely prepared vegetable dishes. The flavor is light, subtle but all have a solid flavor. I feel this could be a good place to have lunch if one is keeping a track of salt content.Others, who prefer more flavor or more salt might not taste enough or could be bland, but for me this was a very good Japanese styled lunch. On the menu, I saw udon dishes as well, so in my next visit I will try that one out."
