"I’m reminded again why I don’t order from Helen’s. The meals come with just one side and a drink, but so often, I either receive just one of those items, none, or a mix-up. This time, I got neither. It seems your drivers don’t check the original delivery time, which was estimated at 8:20, then pushed to 8:44, and finally to 9:12. The food didn’t arrive until 9:16, and it was cold, so I had to put it away as leftovers. This really defeats the purpose of ordering out. I’m starting to think I’m better off cooking or eating leftovers instead of using GrubHub or DoorDash. It’s just disappointing."
