"Their customer service is bad. I ask for a peach tea which cost over $4 a cup but I ask for it without ice and they said that they couldn't do it. So I ask for a small sample taste to see if it was worth me paying that much for it and again they said no.flat out refused a paying customer a sample taste. So I passed on the peach tea and got a fountain drink. So when I got my order it was wrong, I'm happy that I checked it before driving off. If I had drove all the way home to discover it, I would not have been happy to have to drive back up there in 5 pm traffic. And they are also more costly than other chicken places. A 2 piece dinner for example is .80 more that at Lisa's chicken. So between the bad customer service and the cost it is fair to say that I will definitely not go back. They lost a customer that loves to buy fast food chicken and sides. No wonder their parking lot is always mostly empty.Parking: It's always plenty of parking, probably because of the bad service and mediocre food and the pricey menu."
