"I've been to this restaurant twice, and both times the food was cold. During my first visit, I ordered delivery, so I thought that might have explained the temperature. However, I picked up my order today, and it was still cold when I received it. The customer service was okay, not the best but not the worst I've encountered either. Additionally, when I walked in, there was an unpleasant smell, and I noticed there was no sanitation score on display. Because of these issues, I can’t rate it any higher than 3 stars."
