Moreover, I can't help but mention that Nancey has recently fired two trans women, raising concerns about her treatment of the trans community.
There seems to be a culture of manipulation and dishonesty among many of the employees, which only serves to benefit their self-esteem at the expense of others. I truly hope things improve at Richmond McAlister's, as my experience was far from pleasant. The negative atmosphere and backbiting among staff are quite disheartening. While the restaurant itself might be okay, the work environment is definitely not somewhere I would recommend."
