"Was recommended this place by one of my Asian friends as a place to get cheap pho, but was a bit disappointed. The atmosphere reminds me of the pho restaurants my Vietnamese parents would always take me to as a kid. I felt as though the soup broth was a bit bland. Also, the peanut sauce for the summer rolls tasted a little too peanut buttery. All in all, if I'm in that area and craving pho maybe I'll stop by to try again. EDIT: Came back again. They charge an extra 5% “pandemic fee” but don’t advertise this anywhere, so I didn’t realize this until I looked very closely at the receipt. I had bun bo hue and Trevor tried hu tieu for the first time. The bun bo hue was pretty decent, but Trevor was disappointed by the blandness of the hu tieu. Our portions seemed smaller than I remembered from a couple weeks ago; they didn’t even fill up our bowls all the way. Trevor left hungry. Disappointed that we were overcharged and underwhelmed."
