"I 'm having to update my review. The food is good, you pay for the quality but it is good. The problem is that they are simply never open. Supposedly they 're open from 11 AM to 9 PM but this is in practice completely untrue. I 've gone over there at two and three in the afternoon and they 're closed down. I went in there once at 8 o 'clock and got shooed out at 830 because they want to go home. Tonight I went in there at 8:30 and was told they would not accept new orders because they close in 30 minutes. There was not a single human being eating in this restaurant. I truly feel that if they just cooked my food gave me my food and let me eat. They would 've still been out of there around 9:10 because I 'm just one person and I mean business is clearly not very good. Empty early on Friday. Seems like the employees prioritize leaving early way above customer satisfaction or working the hours they are assigned. Good food only takes you so far. I can never invite a date here because who knows if they 'll actually be open during the hours they 're supposed to be. They have food that 's delicious but the employees the truly seem to hate cooking. I 'm not sure if I 'll be back. I have no idea when they are actually serving food. You can 't go by the website because they love closing early and they go on these long two hour plus breaks random days in the afternoon. Went to Sybergs. They only serve their regular menu until 9 o 'clock. In 20 minutes their employees may be appetizer entrée dessert, and did not complain at all about the additional business. If I were the owner, I would speak with my staff about this. No matter how good your food is if you 're turning people away at 8:30 on a Friday night when your restaurant is totally empty during what should be the end of the dinner rush you 're losing money by the boatload. Sometimes part of being an adult is working your whole shift. If you restaurant closes at nine, that means you allow new customers in until 859. Then you lock the door take care of all the people that came in later in the evening and you leave around 10 after you 've cleaned up. On my way home from Sybergs at 9:50 I noticed the place was totally closed. All the cars were gone and the lights were turned out. They definitely had time to serve me my dinner. It 's just they didn 't want to. They want to leave at 9:00 every night. That 's a LOT of business they are saying no too."

"Oh boy, where do I even begin with the gastronomic wonder that is bb.q chicken? I'm telling you this restaurant in Old Tappan is an absolute revelation! It's like stumbling upon a hidden treasure chest, but instead of gold and jewels, it's brimming with succulent, mouth watering chicken that's simply to die for. First off, the lady who takes your order is an absolute sweetheart and always makes me and my friends feel at home. Seriously, she's as sweet as the honey glaze on their honey garlic chicken. Now, let's talk about the star of the show the boneless chicken. Oh, those 8 boneless pieces... It's a thing of beauty! The boneless chicken is a marvel incredibly tender, juicy, and bursting with flavors that will make your taste buds do a happy dance. It's like a symphony of taste in your mouth, with each bite more harmonious than the last. And the drumsticks? Oh my goodness, they're a whole other level of delicious. Perfectly crispy on the outside, and unbelievably moist and flavorful on the inside. It's like biting into a little piece of heaven. It's the kind of chicken that makes you close your eyes and savor every single bite. But the real showstopper here, the pièce de résistance, is undoubtedly the secret sauce. This sauce, my friends, is the stuff of legends. It's a tantalizing blend of sweet, spicy, tangy, and savory that takes the chicken from amazing to mind blowingly extraordinary. It's like a flavor bomb that explodes in your mouth, leaving a trail of deliciousness that lingers long after the last bite. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the best chicken sauce I've ever had. It's like a magical potion that transforms ordinary chicken into a gourmet feast. It's a culinary masterpiece, a triumph of flavors that is simply unmatched. BB.Q chicken is a must visit for anyone with a mouth, period. It's a place where magic happens, where ordinary chicken is transformed into something truly extraordinary. So do yourself a favor and go there. You won't regret it, I promise."

"The chicken here is very good, while the other dishes can be hit or miss. The service leaves a lot to be desired—it’s just okay. Our go-to item is the 24-piece (Large) Honey Garlic Boneless Chicken, which we absolutely love. It’s worth noting that the sauces can vary, depending on which chef is preparing them. We find this charming, but it might be stressful for those who prefer consistency. The Honey Garlic sauce can be wonderfully sweet one week and then unexpectedly tangy or spicy the next. We enjoy this variation, but I can see how it might be a concern for those who prefer a spicier sauce. The reason we keep ordering this dish is that the chicken is always juicy, and it has a fantastic crunch. We usually pair it with our own rice, kimchi, and pickled radish at home. There are a couple of other items we occasionally try: 1. **So Dduk So Dduk** - This dish is adorable and has a carnival-like taste, but like the chicken, the sauces vary quite a bit. While we find this fun, it can be a bit odd if you’re expecting something spicy. 2. **Chicken Bulgogi Poutine** - This is a generous portion and tastes great, though it can be messy and overwhelming. However, we’ve tried seven items that we won’t order again: 1. **Original Golden Olive Chicken** - Quite plain and ultimately pointless. 2. **Bulgogi Rice Bowl** - Usually pleasant, but ultimately bland and overly sweet. 3. **Kimchi Fried Rice** - Decent but not worth the price tag. 4. **Steamed Rice** - We were curious about what they’d serve, and it was quite disappointing. Definitely avoid this. 5. **Fried Dumplings** - Another questionable choice; they were just... fine. 6. **Cheese Sticks** - Also a miss; definitely wouldn’t recommend. 7. **Sweet Potato Fries** - It is precisely what it says, but not worth the order. As for the service, we dined in once and had a very disappointing experience due to the service and atmosphere. However, the takeout option is excellent—simple and hassle-free. We always call ahead and park in the back."

"Had Korean fried chicken ordered through GrubHub, and you know that feeling of how expensive food delivery can be coupled with the rising food prices. Much of the appeal I got from trying this place out how perfect the food looks, followed by theperfect bite, and the a feeling of wishing for more. It 's a very high bar. My expectations were not quite met here, but thefollowing statement could not be more grounded, Sir/Madam, this is no more than a fast food place . While I was able to getpast my unfamiliarity with high prices for food, this is what I would recommend for first timers (since I felt like I got burneda bit). When getting fried chicken, their boneless variant is a dollar cheaper. Get the flavor you think you 're most familiarwith. My favorite so far is the Honey Garlic. There 's an option for the original and secret spicy chicken, but the originalseems subpar. You probably could mix (like Frank 's red hot or Cholula) with the original, but I 'd rather grab a different flavoraltogether. I also had their Rose Tteokbokki which is a a heavy, sweet spicy cheesy sauce featuring rice cake, fish cake, cabbage, and a sliced hard-boiled egg. Their spice level is on-point, which is to say that you 'll need some water to quench thespice down. If you 've had Buldak sauce, which is the sauce in any Samyang Challenge noodle package, you 'll know what I mean.Definitely not as spicy as them, though. In watching the people who can down this, (in addition to the other add-ons in theirmukbang) I salute to you. An order of this will feel like a double serving. Unexpectedly, the chicken was also still around, soperhaps the price to portion ratio isn 't that appalling. It 's decent. Just make sure to drive over instead of getting fooddelivery, as those prices can easily drive themselves up."
