"I'm giving them a five-star rating for how the manager and a staff member handled a difficult situation with a belligerent customer who was demanding a refund after having eaten part of their meal. Despite being yelled at and receiving insults, they remained calm and continued to assist the customer. While the overall situation wasn't positive, I commend the staff for their remarkable professionalism throughout!"
