"Follow up email is what is Open Table’s process to verify vendors. A group of us are really wanting to know since this was almost a traumatic event because of people coming from various places. Open Table even sent us a reminder the day before Mother’s Day about our reservation. This was a bit of a drive and time sensitive for one of the 6 in our group. It caused us to call around to get a reservation ultimately at a Mexican Restaurant which turned out all right. I later looked for their website and it said permanently closed. I called and got a voicemail but you couldn't leave a message. Very disappointed both with Open Table system as well as the restaurant."
