"I find the food to be good when they actually get my order right, which is rarely the case for me. Out of 5 or 6 times I've ordered from here, I've only received the correct order 1 or 2 times. I usually order a pepper steak with cheese—nothing else should be in it. So how do they manage to get it wrong? I've received mushrooms with my steak, had steak without cheese, and today I got steak and cheese, but no peppers. This time I ordered online, which clearly states "steak & peppers," so there's really no excuse for the mistakes. When I previously received the random mushrooms, I called to point out the error, but the response was dismissive; they didn't seem to care and essentially said there was nothing they could do. The staff has always been polite when I go in to pick up my food, but at this point, I feel it might be time to stop giving them chances."
