"I've ordered from Kb's Thai Hut several times, and unfortunately, they never seem to get my order right. Today will be my last time. I called to order six items from their menu and specifically asked for my noodles to be left uncooked since I wouldn’t be eating immediately. When my brother picked up the food, two items were missing. I called them back, only to be told I was billed for four items and asked if I wanted to place another order. Absolutely not! If they had paid attention the first time, I wouldn’t have had to call. To make matters worse, the noodles were cooked, even though I requested otherwise—and they have agreed to this before. It’s really a shame because their food is good, but the constant mistakes and poor customer service make it not worth the hassle. I’m very disappointed and will be adding Kb's Thai Hut to my blacklist."
