"We ordered the meat platter, which included beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp sautéed over a bed of chow mein. This was the comforting food we needed to kick off our day of museum visits (we're visiting from NYC). The portions were generous and easily filled us up. We complemented our meal with Thai iced teas, and the whole experience truly warmed our hearts. We even took some leftovers home because it was that delicious!
When it was time to ask for the bill, Grandpa Lee inquired, “Leaving so soon?” which only made me want to linger longer! It genuinely feels like visiting your own grandparents, just as other reviewers have noted. He even surprised us with some brownies for dessert and packed us three persimmons to take on our journey.
All of this wonderful food cost just $31—he could definitely charge more! Just a heads up, it's cash only. Please pay Grandpa Lee a visit and support his small business!"
