"I decided to give Ms Lyn's another try after enjoying good meals there in the past. Unfortunately, this time was a big letdown. The chicken and corn soup I ordered was lacking chicken and had only a few kernels of corn. The chicken and mixed veggies dish was also bland compared to how it used to be. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the food and don't think I will be returning to Ms Lyn's in the future."

"Interesting BBQ joint. Came here as a large party and took the entire restaurant and indoor seating area. Roughly 100 people. The grills on the table were warming trays and the skewers were brought to the table fully cooked. It's definitely an experience and has traditional Chinese street vendor BBQ vibes although the quality of the ingredients is average. They do have some unique prepared dishes which I enjoyed from the vermicelli garlic scallops and oysters that were super tasty. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $30–50 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot"

"We had a one time bad experience so take this review in that light. We ordered take out for two through their online service. Order was placed at 6:05pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:20pm and was told they just received our order. I did not get my food until 7:00pm. The food was very tasty, but we may not order again because of the long wait experience, especially when their competition one block away is always prompt and their food is as good."
