"The ramen at this restaurant is fantastic, well-made, and served quickly. We tried the Gates of Hell, Black Pig, and Porfilio ramen bowls, along with an order of Karaage. Each ramen bowl was $13 and the Karaage was $9. Our meal for three, including tip, came out to $60, which I believe is good value. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the pork belly chashiu was incredibly tender. I particularly enjoyed the Black Pig ramen with its flavorful black garlic oil, and I added togarashi for some extra spice. They also offer a spice bomb option for all their ramen. I personally found the Porfilio broth to have a strong corn flavor, but this is just my preference. The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was pleasant. It's important to note that they are cash only, so be prepared. They also close early some nights due to the pandemic, so it's recommended to call ahead to confirm their hours. Takeaway and BYOB options are available, and they even have a vegetarian ramen choice."
