"I LOVED Dixie! First impressions matter and Dixie did not disappoint . The rocking chairs out front are a cute touch! It gives the perfect feel of southern charm in the city. You walk around to the side to enter the restaurant. The staff was so warm and friendly. We were greeted by every server we passed--very impressive. We dined upstairs, so we were able to see the restaurant in it 's entirety. The decor is beautiful and trendy! We started with drinks. I would recommend the Hurricane and the James River--both delicious! For dinner, we had the Table Burger with fries (unbelievably good), hush puppies, deviled eggs and the pork shoulder. The portions are perfect since they 're shareable. I 'm definitely going back!"
