"I am truly amazed by my experience at this restaurant tonight. I usually don't write reviews, but the staff working tonight were absolutely terrible. I ordered a peanut butter shake that did not taste like peanut butter at all, and a burger that was supposed to have no pickles but ended up having pickles on it. When I pointed this out to the server, he seemed completely lost. I asked for a new burger, given that I had paid $20 including tip for it, but was told that they had all been prepped with pickles and were not juicy enough. I was not offered a replacement. When I asked the oldest waitress for a refund, she bluntly stated that once my card was charged, there was no way to reverse the transaction. I was beyond frustrated. Eventually, they offered me a new burger but I declined as I didn't trust the secret sauce they might add to it. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 100 visits and have never experienced such poor service. This will likely be my last time dining here. I apologize, but it seems that this feedback will not be acknowledged or addressed. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1, Price per person: $10-20, Meal type: Dinner."
