"I was planning to order a cake for Christmas, as I do every year, opting for a simple design—a Christmas tree. However, this time they've added a $4 art fee for something I've always ordered without issue. I'm not interested in that, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning! The manager was rude on the phone, so I definitely do not recommend this place!"
