"I've been here a few times for boba and it's great boba, however I ordered their food for the first time today and was underwhelmed. The food was good, decent amount, but we were charged $4 for delivery, .75 cents for a menu and several items were removed from my order when I asked them to remove a dinner that on their old menu was only $8 and now was $12 that I no longer wanted. When I called him and explained that I never asked for the other items to be removed he simply said I'll send you a receipt of what I charged you for and hung up on me. I'm uploading an updated menu since the website is also not working. Feel like the whole thing could have been avoided with an updated menu and if I would have been told about the $4 delivery fee! So this is what I can do to help"
