"Mixed Feelings. Usually, Shashy's is a fantastic spot to take my colleagues for a delightful lunch. The beef tenderloin is absolutely outstanding, and the baked goods are simply phenomenal. The owner is a friendly guy who goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is enjoying their meal, and the restaurant itself is clean and stylish. However, during my last visit, one of the blonde waitresses seemed to be having a really rough day. Not only was she short-tempered with my group and me, but when I went to pay for our meal, she was openly cursing in front of customers, slamming drawers and cabinets, stomping around, and grumbling about something. I was quite taken aback to hear such language from an employee while customers were present. The young woman at the register looked genuinely embarrassed and concerned by the older waitress's behavior. I truly enjoy Shashy's, but perhaps implementing some guidelines for staff conduct would be beneficial."
